Vaccination – How to Book

You are able to now receive your 1st dose of vaccination by walking into our practice vaccination site at the Jubilee centre (hyperlink to separate page – this was the library site but should now be the Jubilee site – I’ve updated the links etc in red) or contacting the practice to arrange this.

We are currently vaccinating age groups in line with national guidance and are able to book patients to have their vaccination at or vaccination centre at the Jubilee centre.

If you are concerned you have not been contacted and should have been please contact your surgery.

2nd doses will be given between 8-12 weeks after the first and you will be contacted automatically for this too by the vaccine centre who performed the original vaccine. If you are concerned you have not been then please call this number* … 020 8496 3000..*  – it will allow you to access a council vaccination helpline who will be able to help you.

3rd doses

Patients who are more at risk may be invited to book a 3rd dose after their initial 2 doses for vaccination and may receive a letter to this effect. Please contact the practice for booking this and remember to bring this letter to your vaccination appointment (it is required you do so).

You are also able to book via the national booking service available via this link https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/coronavirus-vaccination/book-coronavirus-vaccination/ or by calling 119.

Booster Programme

We are now booking booster doses to be given at the Jubilee centre (hyperlink to a separate page re this). Invites will be sent by text message. Please do not contact the surgery to ask about booking booster doses at this time. Boosters will be available for all those 50 and over or 18 and over with underlying medical problems. You become eligible for a booster once you are 6 months after your second dose. Any invitation letters you recieve by post will not offer the option of booking with us so you can choose to ignore these postal invites.
